Status |
The assignment started in August 97 and
was successfully completed in April 98. |
|
Results |
The plant demonstrated for the first
time in the country that tannery effluent can be treated
to totally clear, colourless and odouless quality for
appearance of treated effluent like mineral water. Some
of the key parameters of the raw effluent and the treated
water quality obtained in the tertiary plant in the
field are as follows: |
