Their scope included the following :-

1. Sampling, analysis & treatability studies ;
2. Development of process design & process calculation ;
3. Conducting laboratory testing and treatability studies ;
4. Engineering equipment layout, Hydraulic calculation & profile ;
5. Indentification & selection of contractor for mechanical & electrical works ;
6. Evaluation of bid and assistance in bidder negotiations ;
7. Supervision of erection & commissioning ;
8. Meetings with vendor, inspection & certification of equipments ;
9. Technical liaison & assistance in continual basis for O & M upgrades ;

The services were found to be professionally high order & competent in dealing with the contract administration & technical capabilities in getting over teething problems especially in commissioning the plant.

The hallmark of their ability is

(1) To have designed a three stage aeration system with each 3 m liquid depth aeration tanks and powered by surface aerators & this biological system has never been upset over the last 2 (two) years from its commissioning 2000.

(2) To have designed the entire primary physical chemical, secondary biological and tertiary physical chemical in a compact single structure with least footprint and with good lighting & natural ventilation.

They have demonstrated the competence to handle such projects with precision.
